Tucked into Seattle's Ballard neighborhood, Copine offers a refined dining experience - perfect for special occasions, anniversaries and elevated evenings out. Chef Shaun McCrain and his team offer a 4 Course Prix Fixe Menu, marrying the current season with classical French techniques. Our beverage team then curates optional wine as well as alcohol-free pairings to enjoy with dinner.

You will have ample time to enjoy dinner should you book a reservation for our last seating. We close when our guests have finished for the evening.

As we celebrate our 10th and final year here in Ballard, we invite you to dine with us until May 30th, 2026.

Bookings are available up to 30 days in advance of your preferred date.

Please note that credit cards are required to secure your booking; these are not used as a form of payment for the final bill.
