Throughout its 10 years in operation, Copine Restaurant was recognized by all of Seattle’s major publications, Art Culinaire Magazine, CNN, Condé Nast Traveler, Food and Wine and the James Beard Foundation in both the categories of Best Chef Northwest (2017) and as a finalist for Outstanding Restaurant (2023.)
